Location: One of the most Easterly flying sites in UK (can be v cold) approximately 4 miles south of Lowestoft
Directions: A12, turn off East for Kessingland, follow signs for beach
Parking: On road parking and carpark. Free parking, off Rider Haggard Lane.
Facilities: cafe near beach
Accessibility: good, but no possible access for disable persons as the kite zone is a good walk across the big beach area.
Flying Area: open beach. Flying area is designated downwind of the KiteboardingUK truck and jet ski.
Comments:This is a huge scrub beach all power kiting with a grassland section for kitebuggying and mountainboarding.
BKSA insurance is required as well as impact vest and helmets for kiteboarders. We all wear them anyway regardless.
