Location: off Salisbury Road, 1000M North of Britannia Pier, North of Gt. Yarmouth at the edge of Caister
Directions: Head for the sea front turn left and then head North Past Britannia Pier until you get to the Free parking. Look for the gaps that allow access to the prom & beach.
Parking: Free parking or pay & Display May till end September.
Facilities: Toilets at the end of North beach, beach side cafes open in the summer season.
Accessibility: None although the prom is elevated and allows a good view of beach.
Flying Area: Soft sandy beach with small dunes at back, not suitable for buggys as the sand is to soft.
Comments: If you want to buggy Gorleston beach (2 miles South) has a hard sand "rim" at low tide but it's a cliffed beach on suitable with wind in the range from North through East to Southerly.
