Grab rail around toilet pan only, there is no hoist or grab-rail to assist bath entry. Cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, duvets and colour TV provided. Electricity is by £1 coin slot meter.
Facilities on site include covered swimming pool (costs to be paid as and when used). Clubhouse with full entertainment facilities, but no disabled toilet. Shop. Fish and chip shop. Restaurant. Games room. Launderette. Children's play area.
Within easy travelling distance are Gt. Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Gorleston, Hunstanton and Cromer, etc. The sandy beach is available to walkers within 200 yards, or to wheelchairs approximately one mile away in Caister.
